Terms of use
Toranj is a design service for carpets and textiles operated by the operator of this service. By creating an account or using Toranj you agree to these terms.
Your account
Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person, and you are responsible for what is done with it.
The owner of each workspace decides who is in it and in what role.
Your designs are yours
All rights in the designs, files and content you create or upload in Toranj stay with you (or with the workspace they were made in).
You give us only the permission to store, process and show them to you and to the people you share them with, to provide this service and nothing else. We do not make your designs public without your permission, and we do not use them to train AI models.
Sharing
When you share a design or a collection, that person sees it at full resolution and, if you allow it, edits it. Who you share with is your choice, and you can take access away at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Toranj for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights (including copying others' designs without permission), to attack or disrupt the service, or to scrape it.
Plans and payment
The free plan has the limits shown on the site. Paid plans are activated as agreed with you. We give notice before changing what plans include.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Toranj available and to keep backups of your data, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for indirect losses is limited.
Ending
You can stop using Toranj at any time and ask for an export or deletion of your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change in an important way, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
