Factory CAD for tuft, carpet and Jacquard
Toranj and NedGraphics Texcelle
Texcelle is made for mills. It respects production limits, recolours and simulates, and connects to a long list of machines through paid add-ons. For a factory with those machines, it is a serious tool.
Where it is the better choice
- Direct conversions for industrial machines. If you run Axminster or tufting lines, this matters more than anything else on this page.
- Texture simulation, for showing a sample with no sample woven.
- Links to ERP and PLM systems already in place at large mills.
Where Toranj is the better choice
- Hand-knotted work is at the centre: raj, knot shape, point paper in halves and quarters.
- You do not have to talk to sales to see if it suits you.
- Buyers and weavers follow the work with a link, at no charge.

Stay with it if
you run industrial looms or tufting lines that its add-ons drive, and your ERP already talks to it.
If you do move
Toranj is not a replacement for a mill's machine conversions. Some studios may draw and review here, then send the 8-bit BMP on to their CAD for the machine step.
Try it on your own work
Toranj is by invitation for now. Ask for access, then draw a design, import a map you already have and judge for yourself.
